Through our London-based trading operations we offer clients access to Knight’s full range of voice trade execution
services, including access to our extensive exchange memberships and market access solutions. We provide trade
execution services in European, North American and Asian equities, including ordinaries as well as American
Depository Receipts (ADRs).

Knight is a direct member of numerous European exchanges, including NYSE Euronext, Deutsche Börse and the
London Stock Exchange. The company continues to add access to major liquidity pools in Europe, including newly
established Multi-Lateral Trading Facilities (MTFs) and Systematic Internalizers.
We offer liquidity by leveraging our market insights and through capital facilitation. Our client-centric philosophy
focuses on our client’s trading objectives by advertising liquidity exclusively through Indications of
Interest (IOIs) and preventing information leakage through the assistance of our exchange memberships.
