Knight's exchange-traded fund (ETF) global trading capabilities include agency and risk executions, ETF trading and selection assistance, as well as our ETF market insights. Our highly experienced ETF trading group supports competitive risk markets and capital facilitation in all ETF asset classes on a principal or agency basis.

Execution Capabilities

	The execution of ETF listings are facilitated through Knight’s integrated   desks that provide coverage in the Americas and Europe.
	Knight trades ETFs and exchange-traded notes (ETNs) in all asset   classes listed in North America and the European markets.

Agency and Risk Executions

	Standard Execution – all order types including VWAP and TWAP execution.
	Execution via the underlying basket – creation/redemption style trades   are an alternative path to trading in the secondary market.
	Risk Pricing – risk spreads are competitive in 2nd and 3rd tier ETFs. We   also offer risk pricing on the “clean up” portion of a creation/redemption   style order.
