A customizable broker-neutral trading platform, Knight Direct provides inbound and outbound routing via nearly all major
networks and OMS due to its FIX capabilities. The platform’s multi-asset
class functionality is ultimately designed to empower traders and increase their efficiency in trade execution.
Knight Direct combines broker-neutrality with a level of inter-connectivity across multiple markets and asset classes, allowing us to meet the demands of clients with widely varied execution styles.
Execution Management System (EMS)
Knight Direct is a functionally rich execution management system that provides clients with the ability to consolidate their
trading strategies across multiple asset classes on a single platform. We have developed Knight Direct with the trader in mind
and have created a platform that is customizable by the client in order to streamline the workflow.
Knight Direct provides real-time order-fill information and captures information even from voice trade executions, allowing for
a consolidating of order flows and simplifying the reporting and allocation process.

Multi-Asset Class Functionality
Knight Direct enables trading in U.S. and international equities, options, futures, foreign exchange and commodities and all
within a single, streamlined, front-end direct market access platform. Clients need only one login to configure the workspace
to quickly access multiple asset classes.
Within each asset class, Knight Direct provides access to multiple markets and numerous pools of liquidity, including Knight’s
inherent liquidity, other broker-dealers, exchanges, ECNs and dark pools. We provide functionality for each market and exchange
in order to help clients achieve best execution. Maximum customization allows clients to set preferences that meet exact order criteria
each time clients change markets or routes.
Via the system’s multi-tabbed displays, clients are able to toggle instantly to the desired information preventing the need for
additional monitors.

Broker Neutrality
Knight Direct provides extensive inter-connectivity to execution brokers, alternative liquidity destinations and research
providers. Our clients are able to seamlessly enter orders on a single platform across multiple asset classes and allocate them
among various custodians.
Our clients can independently manage orders and route them to one or several broker-dealers. Knight Direct blotter also is
capable of aggregating the various sliced orders into a single average price. Moreover, clients can direct orders to interact
with markets and still maintain working orders within Knight Direct.
Knight Direct has access to 23 broker destinations and we continue to add selected brokers as our clients see fit to ensure
they will achieve their trading objectives.
