What is Knight BondPoint?
Knight BondPoint is an ECN and applications provider to the retail bond market. Its electronic trading platform is used daily by 200-plus
brokerages to trade odd lots.
Knight BondPoint also provides comprehensive front-end fixed income and workflow solutions for the retail brokerage community, including
fully integrated technology solutions consisting of straight-through processing to a variety of front- and back-office platforms.

Is Knight BondPoint the former ValuBond?
Yes. ValuBond was relaunched as Knight BondPoint in January 2008. Knight acquired ValuBond in July 2006. The relaunch followed
the completion of several initiatives including technology upgrades, product enhancements and team additions as well as the full
integration with Knight’s comprehensive market access and trade execution services.

Are individual investors able to trade on Knight BondPoint?
No. Knight BondPoint does not directly handle individual accounts.
What are your hours of business?
The Knight BondPoint platform is available 24 hours a day. Clients may place orders to buy or sell at any time; however, transactions
are crossed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Orders entered after 5:00 p.m. ET, will be queued for the next
trading session. Our customer care center is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, at 877.423.7839.
How do I connect to Knight BondPoint?
Knight BondPoint offers three methods to interact with the platform.

Using the Knight BondPoint Trader Workstation application is the most direct. Clients can move between screens, enter orders and
receive execution messages.

How do I place an order?
Clients must be registered users. If you are not already a registered user, first register by calling 800.764.7609 or emailing us
at sales@knightbondpoint.com. When registration has been approved, you will be able to choose a password that will
provide access to the trading platform.
What types of bonds are traded on Knight BondPoint?
Knight BondPoint supports primary and secondary trading of the following bond types: Municipals, Corporates, Agencies, Treasuries
and Certificates of Deposit. Other fixed income products will be added in the future, including Unit Investment Trusts, and CMOs.
