Bronwen Bastone, Managing Director of Human Resources
Bronwen Bastone, Managing Director of Human Resources, joined Knight in 2002 and is responsible for all human resource
operations for Knight.
Prior to joining Knight, Ms. Bastone worked at Merrill Lynch for seven years, during which she worked in several different business
units. After working in Merrill Lynch’s Equity Sales Division in London, she shifted her focus to Human Resources, focusing on
compensation, performance management, employee relations, succession planning and expatriate policies. At Knight, Ms. Bastone
has sponsored a firm-wide training and development initiative to focus on building the firm’s talent as a strategic competitive
advantage. She has experience working across several financial capitals including Hong Kong, London and New York.
Ms. Bastone earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
