Knight leverages its knowledge of the capital markets and distribution across equities and fixed income to offer capital markets services to corporate issuers and private companies. The capital markets team originates, structures and distributes equity, equity-linked and fixed income securities, primarily on behalf of mid- and small-cap issuers.
Knight also provides capital placement services for alternative investment managers, including private equity funds, hedge funds and non-traditional long-only managers, as well as seeks fundraising assignments for a select group of experienced managers representing diverse alternative investment strategies. For clients with commercial real estate finance needs, Knight provides capital to real estate transactions supported by net leases with credit tenants.
For corporate issuers that are undercovered from a research perspective, Knight's corporate access team arranges non-deal roadshows for management to meet with buy-side firms.
