With the termination of Technical Research effective November 1, 2007, Knight Equity Markets LP is discontinuing its Technical Research service and has terminated all technical research coverage previously provided by the Knight Technical Research Department. As a result of the termination of research coverage, all ratings previously outstanding on any issuer or sector are immediately no longer in effect. The firm is not providing any final recommendations or ratings for any issuer as Knight Technical Research has been discontinued.

This notice of termination is not a research report and is not intended to provide any information or analysis with regard to any issuer or industry that would be reasonably sufficient upon which to base an investment decision. Rather, this notice is intended to provide Knight’s clients with a timely notice of termination of research coverage by the Technical Research Department.
