Knight's Electronic Trading Group (ETG) has a collaborative, team-oriented culture that exposes team members to the full research and development life cycle. In contrast, many other quantitative trading groups are extremely secretive and leave their members (especially their new hires) in the dark, limiting their ability to grow. Knight provides opportunities for everyone to make a difference.
We encourage and cultivate a results-oriented culture that thrives on finding innovative solutions to complex problems. We're focused on putting our all into each and every project, and we enjoy doing it. We put a strong emphasis on teamwork, both inside and outside of the office. We periodically organize social outings to unwind after the work day is done. We also host an annual off-site meeting where we discuss the vision for developing the team in the future and engage in team-building activities for the entire group.
