Responsibilities
Provide technical support to HR Department on all IT initiatives. Work with HR Department in gathering and understanding business requirements. Develop Reporting System for all business requirements. Build HR related applications, including employee info maintenance, benefits, compensation, bonus accrual, performance management, and interface with payroll system (Automatic Data Processing). Develop Learning Management System to enable employees to register and attend company trainings with appropriate links to the Human Resources Information System, company’s intranet and employee access. Develop training and development site and “Employee Self Service” capabilities through company’s intranet. Publish information on JSP-based Reporting Portal. Develop applications using Java, JSP and J2EE. Utilize HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, XSL, Struts framework, Shell, Scripting, Weblogic and Hibernate.
Target Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Java Developer, Java Programmer, Systems Analyst, Systems Executive, Software Engineer, Consultant or related. Must have two (2) years of experience developing applications using Java, JSP and J2EE. Must also have experience utilizing HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, XSL, Struts framework, Shell Scripting, Weblogic and Hibernate.
